The gorgeous blue sky; sits some days stunningly with few clouds to be found. Other days dark and gray, mixed with airy white. Watch them all pass by in the stability and safety of being.
Thoughts, good ones, and adverse ones are the clouds forming; they never really hurt or change the sky; no damage can we see. Watch them pass like watching a parade of a funny cast of characters or shapes forming exquisite art.
We realize holding onto clouds of the past or future- we miss the vastness, the freedom, and wisdom of the beautiful atmosphere of being. We are this beautiful sky, not the clouds that pass us by.
