Let love open the door for YOU. There are no limits felt in the energy of our being. The space of love is not empty; it is filled with a knowledge of the beautiful vastness of YOU.
The mind, the protector of the body, is valued but is not the final say. Living in only the mind’s constraints can bring pain and suffering; let this suffering motivate one to search for more and more will be found.
Outside the mind in this space is where the authentic self resides, feeling a sense of safety, peace, and true fulfillment. Thoughts and feelings come and go like waves hitting the shore and receding.
Watch your thoughts and feelings in this same manner, withdrawing their importance and allowing yourself to spend a lovely moment being YOU.
